Long Term Care Insurance Plan
Long-Term Care includes a wide range of supportive, medical, personal and social services for people
who need assistance for an extended period of time. The purpose of Long-Term Care is to maintain and/or increase independence
by promoting functionality and the ability to care for oneself.
