Shiela Wallace
President
Shiela Wallace is a retired fifth grade reading and language arts teacher from Lincoln School for the Arts, Dayton Public Schools, Dayton, Ohio. She taught in the Dayton Public Schools for 30 years. She held the position of chairperson for the Partners in Education program between Lincoln School and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for 23 years.
Ms.Wallace was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio and graduated from Colonel White High School, Dayton, Ohio in 1970. She attended Morehead State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education in 1974 and a Masters degree in Elementary Education in 1975.
Ms. Wallace is a licensed pilot with private and instrument ratings obtained at Wright Patterson Air Force Base Aero Club.
Her civic affiliations include the Air Force Association (AFA), she currently serves as the Executive Vice President for the Wright Memorial Chapter. Ms. Wallace is the Executive VP for Ohio as well as the VP for Aerospace Education for the state of Ohio and the Great Lakes Region. She represents the Wright Memorial Chapter for the All American Evening. Other civic affiliations include the Miami Valley Military Affairs Association, serving on their board in the capacities of past president, newsletter editor, family support and the events committee.
In 1989, Ms. Wallace received the Up and Comers Award presented by The Muse Machine and Price Waterhouse for professionals in the Miami Valley who have demonstrated excellence in their professional field and dedication to the community. In 1994 Ms. Wallace received the Distinguished Service Award from the United States Air and Trade Show. Between 2004 -2009 Ms. Wallace received the Medal of Merit,
Ohio Member of the Year, Exceptional Service Award, and the Chairman’s Citation from the Air Force Association.
Ms. Wallace serves as the manager for Media Relations for the Dayton Air Show. Ms. Wallace has been a volunteer for over twenty years. She also handled Media Relations for the United States Air, Trade & Technology Expo.

Tom Koogler
Executive Vice President
Tom Koogler started Koogler Consulting, LLC in 2010 and is presently consulting for Elbit Systems of America as the Wright Patterson Site Lead. A lifelong resident of Greene County, he is very engaged in the Miami Valley community. A lifetime member of Wright State University’s Alumni Association, he is the immediate past president of the Association, as well as Chair of Wright State’s Alumni Association Board Affairs Committee. Tom is involved with different scholarship initiatives including the Alumni Association’s Legacy Scholarships and the University’s Graduation Scholarships. He is also a member, as well as an Ex-Officio Board member of Dayton Defense, a lifetime member of the Air Force Association, and a member of the Miami Valley Military Affairs Association. He supported the inaugural United States Air, Technology and Trade (USATT) Expo and is part of the planning for future USATT Expos.
Tom spent over 37 years as an Air Force Civilian at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He was serving as the Executive Director of the Air Force Security Assistance Center when he retired in February 2009. In this position, he was responsible for supporting and advising the Commander in the overall operation and execution of the Center’s Foreign Military Sales programs with a total value exceeding $80B that supported more than 90 international partners. He provided acquisition expertise, strategic initiatives, guidance, and policy oversight. He and his wife Pat reside in Beavercreek Township, Ohio.

Mary Bloyd
Secretary
As a Convention Sales Manager for the Dayton/Montgomery County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Mary is responsible for all group sales activities in the Education, Federal Government, and Health & Medical markets. Mary has been with the CVB for nine years working in differnt market segments but finds special satisfaction in the markets she currently serves. As well as her involvement with the Air Force Association Wright Memorial Chapter, Mary is also involved with several organizations including Dayton Defense, the Miami Valley Military Affairs Association, the National Capital Chapter of the Society of Government Meeting Professionals, the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce Military & Government Affairs Committee, and is part of several national industry working groups. She received her CHSP (Certified Hospitality Sales Professional) certification in 2007, and enjoys the challenges of working in the meetings and hospitality industry. Mary particularly enjoys time with her family and grandchildren, cooking, hiking, reading, journaling, and writing short stories and poetry for publication.

Robert B Van Hook
Treasurer
Bob Van Hook began his service career in the Naval Reserve while attending Eastern Kentucky University and transferred to the Air Force Reserve following graduation. He began his civil service career in 1962 at the Dayton Air Force Depot which became the Defense Electronics Supply Center under the Defense Logistics Agency. He retired in 1996 as Director, Office of Command Security.
Bob has served in various part-time and volunteer capacities including: Chairman of the Board of Day Air Credit Union; Commander, Group VII, Civil Air Patrol. He is currently a Volunteer with the Bellbrook Police Department, member of the American Legion and a Volunteer at the National Museum of the United States Air Force serving on the Volunteer Advisory Council and is a member of the Day Air Credit Union Credit Committee.

Major General Everett G. Odgers (USAF, Ret.)
Executive Director
Major General Everett G. Odgers, (USAF, Ret.), is President and Chief Operating Officer of The Greentree Group, an industry leader in comprehensive management and technical solutions for public and private clients.
As President and COO, Odgers shapes the corporate vision and key strategies, and provides the operational leadership and day-to-day management direction to achieve annual goals and objectives.
General Odgers has more than 45 years of hands-on executive and technical experience at the highest levels in the United States Air Force. In his last two assignments while on active duty in the Air Force, Gen Odgers was the Director of Budget Operations and Personnel within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Comptroller, and he was the Chief Financial Officer for Air Force Material Command. Odgers earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Albuquerque, his Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah and completed the Senior Officials in National Security course at Harvard University.
Gen Odgers has served on numerous boards including a $7.2 billion Retail/Service business, he chaired the Audit Committee for a $3+ billion Accounting Services Company, he was a member of the Sacramento CA County Chamber Of Commerce Board, and he has chaired and served on numerous boards and committees throughout his military career.
